According to study, emotions can also be detected through body postures.
Research has shown that body postures are more accurately recognized when an emotion is compared with a different or neutral emotion. Emotion is often intertwined with mood, temperament, personality, disposition and motivation.
Our thinking are still essential, particularly in the interpretation of events, it underlines many actions and interactions.
Our mind and feelings are connected to our body and can translate to body language. If you're happy or sad and when we hate or love someone or our thoughts and emotions are not in harmony, it betrays who we are without verbal communication but project from our gestures.
Our body may be visible and mortal but what within us is invisible and immortal that has the capacity to express, change, create, gain and to destroy whatever is within and around us.
